I found Gary Cook Director – Sales, from “Shade Saver” a very helpful in his plan to fix my major water problem of my patio. Gary was innovative and constructive in his design which simplified my problem compared to other companies who quoted for my project.

Gary has a good eye for colours and was able to advise me of what was going to look professional as a finished product. The colorus matched in very nicely with re rest of my home and became a very good feature and added value at the same time which made my area look relaxing and a enjoyable for entreating.

Gary’s design was practical and ended up as a sturdy construction. Gary deleted two posts out of four which gave us more room to move around in. This looked fashionable and matched other features like square Color bond down pipes.
In the planning stage I requested to use Colour bond down pipes instead of PVC and without hesitation Gary changed them over at no extra costs.

I also requested a change in my guttering system and Gary was able to give me a plain and constructive answer of why it was not practical to do so. Gary showed patience and professionalism in handling all other queries.

Gary inserted leaf catchers as well as a junction box to help with cleaning of leaves and handling water overflow problems.

Graham George Director – Operations had scheduled the project in regards to materials, time and date of commencement. He was on site coordinating special materials and was checking on quality of workmanship. Graham was very easy to negotiate with.

The “Shade Saver” team that built the project handled all materials with care and carried out all facets of construction smoothly. They were polite and answered all questions with patience and professionalism.
Daniel the supervisor is a credit to “Shade Saver” in the high quality of work he produced, which resulted in a very satisfying project.
